- Payment Information: Payments for managed services and other fees are processed securely through the external payment platform “Stripe.” We obtain information such as payment completion status, but we do not directly store highly sensitive payment information, such as your credit card number, within our system.

3. Data Management and Protection Measures (Managed Services)
The valuable data entrusted to us in the Managed Import Service is strictly managed under a robust security environment.
- Secure Storage: Uploaded data files, such as XML, are stored in dedicated directories with unpredictable hashes, and direct external access is strictly prohibited by system restrictions.
- Automatic Deletion After a Certain Period: To prevent information leakage risks, all related data files held on our servers will be automatically and completely deleted 30 days after the import task is marked as “completed,” and the dedicated URL for status verification will be deactivated.
4. Sharing of Personal Information
We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights as permitted by law.
